    Daniel Ansell is chair of real estate operations at Greenberg Traurig, a law firm in New York. Greenpoint-Goldman Corp., and Stuyvesant Town -- Peter Cooper Village Tenants Ass'n v. Metropolitan Life Ins. & Annuity Co. Inc.
