    David E. Gross is a New York City-based architect and a founding partner with Leonard Fusco of GF55 Partners. He is the principal in charge of projects that include the Kalahari and Cobble Hill Apartments/Columbia Commons. His retail industry clients include Janzen, Perry Ellis, and the Greg Norman Collection. As of 2015, Gross on-going projects included 88 Morningside, Harlem River Point North, and 21 East 1st Street. Gross serves of the boards of New York State Association of Affordable Housing, Citizens Housing and Planning Council (CHPC), and the New York Housing Conference. From 1980 to 1984, Gross worked as a project designer at Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer Associates, where he worked on the Virginia Museum of Art, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and Best Products Corporate Headquarters Phase II. He was a finalist in the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Competition in Washington DC. Gross received an M.Arch from the University of Pennsylvania in 1980 and a BA from the university in 1977. He is a registered architect in New York, Ohio, Connecticut, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Florida. MK
