    David Levinson is the CEO and chairman of L&L Holding Company, a privately owned commercial real estate investment company. He graduated from Northeastern University, at which time he claims he had already become the largest landowner in Woodstock, New York. In 2000, Levinson co-founded L&L Holding Company with Robert T. Lapidus.

    The portfolio of Levinson's L&L Holding Company is said to include 5 million square feet of commercial office space worth some $3 billion dollars. Properties include 425 Park Avenue, 142 West 57th Street, 150 Fifth Avenue, 195 Broadway, 200 Fifth Avenue, 600 Third Avenue, 635 Madison Avenue Ground Lease and Park 80 West in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.

    Apart from L&L, Levinson has also served as Vice Chairman of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. He is a partner in the New York Yankees, and has served on the Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York.
