David Sitt is a real estate investor and a member of the Sitt family that established Sitt Asset Management, which he founded with his brothers Ralph, Jack, and Eddie, and his mother Marilyn. Several legal disputes between Ralph and with his brothers Eddie and Jack over business practices led to a breakdown in family relations. However, each of the four brothers and their mother each maintain a 20 percent stake in Sitt Asset Management, according to court documents. MK
