    Devin Cohen is a broker at commercial real estate brokerage Rosewood Realty Group. One of the brightest feathers in Cohens cap was the mega-deal for the former Bossert Hotel in Brooklyn Heights, a deal that took years to finalize. Cohen helped represent The Chetrit Group in its 2012 purchase the building from the Jehovahs Witnesses for $81 million. The century-old property, once known as the Waldorf Astoria of Brooklyn, was eventually restored back into a hotel. Cohen also has brokered deals for the an 86-unit rental building in the East Village and the sale of a portfolio of walk-up residential buildings in Brooklyn and Queens for nearly $40 million (Cohen represented Silvershore Propeties in the deal).
