Eric Anton is a veteran investment sales broker, based on New York City. In June 2017 he joined the Manhattan office of Marcus & Millichap. Before that, he was a senior managing director at HFF, a major provider of commercial real estate and capital markets services to the commercial real estate industry in the United States.

Anton specializes in investment sales in the New York region. He has traded more than $7 billion worth of property during his more than 22-year career in every sector of the marketplace. Notable trades include the $215 million sale of 344-352 West Street; the $210 million sale of 240 East 27th Street; and the $122 million sale of 345 Pearl Street. Antons clients have included major landlords, private equity investors and institutional investors.

Before joining HFF in 2014, Anton worked for three years as a managing partner in the New York office of Brookfield Financial. Before that, he was a top investment sales broker at Eastern Consolidated. He started his real estate career at Bovis Lend Lease, a construction firm.

A graduate of Brown, Anton earned a masters in real estate from Columbia. TA
