Eric Ferriello is the managing director of global brokerage services at Colliers International, a commercial real estate services firm. Ferriello joined the firm in 2008 when it operated as GVA Williams. He specializes in tenant representation. His clients have included Cohen Brothers Realty Corp, Roubini Global Economics, United Overseas Bank, and Donovan Data Systems. In 2013, the Real Estate Forum named him One of Tomorrow's Leaders in Real Estate. In 2012, the Commercial Observer included Ferriello in its list of New York Real Estate's 30 Under 30. In 2009, Colliers named him a Rising Star. Ferriello got his start in real estate at the Webster Financial Corporate, where from July 2007 to October 2008 he worked as a commercial banking associate specializing in commercial real estate lending. The credit crunch soured him on the banking part of the real estate business, he told the Commercial Observer in 2012. He has a BA in economics with a minor in business administration from the University of Connecticut. -MK
