Doyle was on the JLL team that leased 269,221 square feet in 85 Broad Street to Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. in 2011. He and Pete Riguardi, also of JLL, leased 246,500 square feet to Avon at 777 Third Avenue in 2010, and in 2011 Doyle was in the JLL group leasing 192,000 square feet in 330 Madison to Guggenheim Partners LLC. As a tenant representative, Doyle and Lisa Kiell moved Cisco Systems into 233,152 square feet of One Penn Plaza in 2005.
