1999 Marcus Avenue, Suite 310
Lake Success, NY 11042

Frank Lalezarian is the owner of Lalezarian Properties, a small, family-owned property management and development company on Long Island. Lalezarian founded his firm in 1981 after emigrating from his home country of Iran. Although Lalezarian has developed properties in Brooklyn and Long Island, the firm has been particularly active in recent years on Manhattans West Side, buying several high-rise buildings near the coveted High Line.

Lalezarian has faced several legal hurdles over the years. In 2011 his firm was the target of a lawsuit by construction union workers who alleged it had cheated them out of millions of dollars in wages and benefits. That same year, Great Neck, N.Y., residents fought against Lalezarians proposals to build multi-family units in their largely single-family neighborhood, claiming several of the companys buildings had safety and environmental violations.

Lalezarian is a board member of the Iranian American Jewish Federations of New York, and has been honored with the Jesse Markel award.
