Glenn Norrgard is a senior global real estate advisor and associate broker at Sothebys International Realty, a luxury real estate brokerage firm in New York. At Sothebys, he operates out of the companys Downtown Manhattan brokerage. He joined the firm in 1999 and consistently ranks in the top 1% of parent company NRTs national agent network.

Norrgard has put up a number of transactions in excess of $10 million, such as the $12.8 million sale of a Tribeca condo at 145 Hudson Street in 2014. He also sold units at the same address for $8.5 million and $8.1 million respectively. In 2010, he sold a Soho penthouse at 102 Prince Street for $10.7 million. His biggest rental transaction in recent history came from Chelsea, a six-bedroom townhouse leased for $20,000 a month in 2010.

He is a graduate of Cornell University and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
