H. Henry Elghanayan is an Iranian-America real estate developer and the co-founder and CEO of Rockrose Development, a real estate development and management company in New York. Over the last 40 years, Rockrose has acquired, built or repositioned 3.3 million square feet of office space space, 1 million square feet of retail space, and approximately 11,000 residential units in New York and Washington, D.C., with a total approximate value of over $6 billion.

Elghanayan moved to the United States when he was just five years old and went on to attend Hamilton College, Columbia University and NYU. Prior to founding Rockstone, Elghanayan was a divorce attorney and later a real estate lawyer, which inspired him to get involved in development. In 2009, Elghanayan went through a major split with his two brothers and Rockrose co-founders, K. Thomas and Frederick Elgahanayan, resulting in the partitioning of the portfolio between Rockrose and the new firm founded by his two brothers, TF Cornerstone.

Apart from real estate, Elghanayan is a known collector of rare art, counting original pieces by Toulouse Lautrec and Henri Matisse to his private collection.

He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
