James Buslik is a principal at Adams & Company, a New York City-based, family-run real estate brokerage, property management firm, and consultancy established in 1920. He came to Adams & company from his own firm, James Buslik & Associates, which he established in 1990. From 1979 to 1990, Buslik worked as a vice president at Helmsley-Spear, a real estate firm founded by the late tycoon Harry B. Helmsley. From 1977 to 1979, Harry B. Helmsley and Lawrence A. Wein hired Buslik as the leasing and managing agent for the Garment Capitol Buildings, which they owned. He got into the real estate business in 1972. Buslik a licensed real estate broker in New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He serves on the board of directors of the Fashion Center Business Improvement District (BID) and the Flatiron/23rd Street Business Improvement District, where he serves as the Treasurer. Buslik received a BS from University of Rhode Island. He and his wife Debbi live in East Hills, a village in Nassau County. They have four children and a grandson. MK
