    Jeff Fishman is an executive vice president at RKF, a retail leasing and investment sales brokerage. He has arranged investment sales transactions valued in excess of $1 billion on behalf of owners and investors. Fishman oversees the Midtown-based RKFs investment sales and advisory services team. He arranged the sale of the fee position at One Superior Place in Chicago for $80 million, which occurred simultaneously with the $220-million sale of the leasehold of an 800-unit high-rise residential building with 58,000 SF of retail space. Retail assets Fishman is responsible for selling include the newly constructed retail condo at 123 Third Avenue occupied by Capital One and the retail condo at 127 Seventh Avenue occupied by CORE. Fishman, who has a law degree from St. Johns University, helps clients find properties to fulfill their 1031 needs, or exchange of two properties to defer the recognition of capital gains or losses due upon sale. Fishman joined RKF from a public REIT, One Liberty Properties, Inc., where he was president and chief executive. Previously, he was a managing director at Cogswell Properties, LLC., a real estate owner and manager in New York City.
