    Jeffrey Roseman is an executive vice president and a principal at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, one of New York Citys leading commercial real estate services firms. He works out of the firms 125 Park Avenue headquarters, where he focuses primarily on retail deals. He was a founding partner of the firms retail wing.

    Roseman has completed retail transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet with a value of more than $20 billion. His tenant clients have included Chipotle, Pret a Manger, Crumbs Bake Shop, TD Bank, Urban Outfitters, Citibank, Barneys and the NBA. His landlord clients have included SL Green, Allied Partners, Skyline Developers and Forest City Ratner.

    Roseman is particularly noted for his retail work in emerging neighborhoods such as Harlem, Union Square, Chelsea and Times Square over the years, where he has represented numerous clients. -TA
