Jennifer Lanza is a residential real estate broker at Sothebys International Realty, an international luxury brokerage firm in New York. Lanza joined the company in 2008, and currently operates out of the companys Downtown Manhattan brokerage as part of colleagues Robin and Jeremy Steins Stein Group of brokers. The Stein Group was ranked in the Wall Street Journals Top 200 broker list in 2010 and sold over $150 million in real estate in 2014.

Lanzas biggest listings include a penthouse at 481 Greenwich Street, on the market for $10.8 million in 2015. Lanza and her team had previously sold the property for approximately $9 million. In 2013, Lanza and company sold a penthouse at 542 Broadway in Soho for $6 million. On the rental side, she brokered the lease of the fifth floor at 131 Watts Street for more than $7,000 a month in 2013.

Lanza is a graduate of George Washignton University and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
