    Jon Caplan is a vice chairman at JLL Capital Markets New York office, a division of JLL, a commercial real estate services and investment management firm. He specializes in dispositions, and has been involved in transactions totaling over $20 billion. He was a member of a Cushman & Wakefield sales team that left to join JLL. Before that he worked for CB Richard Ellis where he was a senior vice president, SSR Advisors, and was the vice president of Chase Manhattan Bank.

    Caplan was on the team that sold the 31-story One Exchange Plaza building at 55 Broadway for $82 million in 2006. He and another team represented Donna Karen New York in the sale of their 160,000-square-foot headquarters in 2013.

    Caplan is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
