Jon Epstein has over 25 years of professional experience as an investment sales broker prior to joining Avison Young, including his role as an Executive Vice-President with Grubb & Ellis New York Capital Markets Team, and a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefields New York Middle Markets Group. As a Principal of the firms Capital Markets Group, he specializes in the sale and disposition of investment properties, and has a background in property and construction management.

Epstein represented the Le Noble Lumber Company in selling the $26.5 million development site on the Astoria waterfront. He also assisted in the $31 million transaction resulting in a new 201,000-square-foot Ambulatory Surgery Center in the Upper East Side.

While at Grubb & Ellis, Epstein represented the buyer and seller at 93 Worth Street to Izaki Group Investments, sold at $49.7 million. Other notable sales include Saint Vincents Catholic Medical Center for $67.3 million in 2010, and properties in the Upper West Side and Gramercy Park for $20 and $25 million, respectively, in 2011.
