Joseph McKillop has been the legal go-to at Muss Development since March 2008. In that role, he oversees all due diligence on firm contracts, including leases with tenants and those involving property transfers and development.

McKillops brief then is a wide one.

While perhaps best-known for its residential development over the last century-plus, Muss has amassed a considerable office and retail collection. These include office properties such as the Forest Hills Tower, Queens Tower and Flushing Plaza in Queens; 64 West 48th Street in Manhattan; and the Manor Road complex in Staten Island. Retail holdings include the Broadway Shopping Center and Willets Point in Queens; and the Rossville Shopping Center in Staten Island.

Prior to joining Muss, McKillop was an attorney at Bryan Cave. He earned his law degree from Hofstra University in 2000. -TA
