    Joshua Zamir, who goes by Josh, is a co-founder and managing principal at Capstone Equities, a New York City-based, privately-held real estate investment firm. He established the firm with Daniel Ghadamian in 2007. His experience includes a stint establishing and running another real estate company, Zamir Equities. From 1996 to 2003, he worked as a managing director at The Moinian Group, a New York City-based real estate developer and landlord.

    From 2010 to 2013, he served as a board member of the Los Angeles-based Starlight Children’s Foundation, whose mission is to improve the hospitals experiences chronically ill children and teenagers. From 2009 to 2012, he was a member of the New York chapter of The Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a networking organization for young chief executives.

    In 2010, Zamir received an MBA from Columbia University Business School, where he concentrated in real estate finance. In 1999, he received an MS in real estate finance from New York University’s (NYU) Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He also attended NYU as an undergraduate and received a BS from the school.
