Julie Breslin Furda is managing director and CCO at Madison Realty Capital, a real estate investment and management firm in New York. At Madison, she focuses on managing Madisons investors accounts. Prior to joining Madison in 2005, Furda worked in wealth management.

Some of Madisons largest transactions include the acquisition and construction loans for a seven story mixed-use Elmhurst, Queens development for $70 million. The development is a conversion of the former Saint Johns Hospital. In December of 2014, Madison announced an $89 million multifamily property development in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. The development is a 27,500-square-foot 80/20 housing project. Also in 2014, Madison accumulated a series of contiguous properties in Harlem that now constitute an an entire city block on Frederick Douglass Boulevard between 111th and 112th streets, all owned by the firm. -WP
