Kevin Donner is a managing director at Eastdil Secured, one of New York Citys leading investment sales firms. He works out of its 40 West 57th Street headquarters.
Donner works primarily in investment sales, brokering the trades of larger properties in the New York City region, particularly in Manhattan. He has been involved in the sales of 450 Park Avenue, 875 Third Avenue, 111 Eighth Avenue (which Google bought in 2010 for $2 billion), One Park Avenue and 69-79 Greenwich Street.

In 2013, he was involved in trades valued at more than $20 billion total. Donner often works on such deals with Adam Spies and Douglas Harmon, senior managing directors at Eastdil Secured.

He joined the firm in 2005, and was promoted to managing director in 2013. TA
