Lisa Maysonet is a senior global real estate advisor and associate broker at Sothebys International Realty, a luxury real estate brokerage firm in New york. At Sothebys Maysonet operates out of the companys East Side Manhattan brokerage with her husband and colleague Gary Kabol. The couple departed Douglas Elliman for Sothebys in 2012. Maysonet specializes in dealing with foreign clients, as she speaks Spanish and Italian, and her team members speak other languages such as Hindi, Russian and French. She has been involved in over $1 billion in real estate transactions over the course of her career.

Maysonet and partner Kabol have put up a number of sales in the $5 million range, including a Lincoln Square condo at 160 West 66th Street for $5 million in 2013 and another at Trump Place 220 for $5.65 million in 2014. Other highlights include a Greenwich Village condo sale at 45 12th Street for $5 million in 2014 and a Upper East Side co-op at 149 East 73rd street for over $5 million in 2012. Big rental deals include a 12,000 a month lease brokered on an Upper West Side condo at 222 Riverside drive in 2006. In 2005, she listed hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons 7,000-square-foot Liberty Street duplex.

She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
