Lisa J. Rosenthal is retail and office leasing broker based in Manhattan. She is a real estate salesperson at Eastern Consolidated. Prior to that, she was managing director at commercial real estate firm Lansco Corporation, which she joined in 2008. Since joining, she has worked with numerous fashion brands and the TurnStyle project at Columbus Circle subway station. While at Lansco she also was part of the team that won the Real Estate Board of New Yorks most creative deal award in 2010 for her work on the Syms/Filenes lease at 530 Fifth Avenue. She also has Rosenthal also worked as an associate director for nine years at both the Bryant Park Corporation and the 34th Street Partnership, as well as a director at Macklowe Management for seven years, specializing in commercial leasing. She served as co-chairperson of the Friends of Washington Square Park community group, and as a member of the board of directors of the BOFFO art installation non-profit. Rosenthal graduated from the University of Chicago with a bachelors degree in geography and from Columbia University with a masters in business administration.
