Marcia Rose Yawitz is a commercial sales broker at Eastern Consolidated, one of the New York City areas largest investment-sales brokerage firms. A Principal of the firm since 2006, Yawitz has over 40 years of professional experience. She joined Eastern Consolidated in 2003, and during her career with the firm has sold over $1 billion of real estate, including office and residential properties, retail shopping centers, development sites and assemblages. Notable transactions Yawitz has sold include a portfolio of 47 mixed-use buildings in East Harlem totaling 800,000 square feet for $250 million, representing one of Manhattans largest collections of properties sold.

Given her extensive experience in real estate, Yawitz is also tasked with the education and training of junior sales professionals at Eastern Consolidated. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison and attended the M.B.A. program at New York University. Yawitz is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
