Marge Faust is the link between Citi Habitats, one of New York Citys most active residential brokerages, and landlords, developers and other brokerages doing business with the firm, which has some 600 brokers and a database of more than 8,000 rental and sales listings in more than 4,000 buildings, many of which are exclusive.

In this role, she develops and maintains those working relationships in order to add to Citi Habitats workload. She also organizes statistical releases from the firms database and works with agents on freshening their listings.

Faust comes to her director role from Citi Habitats broker ranks, which she joined in 2001 (she commenced her current role in 2006). Before Citi Habitats, Faust worked on the business side of Merchandise Management and Marketing.

She graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and lives in Long Island City, Queens. -TA
