Matthew Astrachan is a vice chairman of JLL, a commercial real estate services and investment management firm in New York. In 2011 he left Cushman & Wakefield for JLL along with colleagues Mitchell Konsker, Alexander Chudnoff, Paul Glickman and Mitti Liebersohn. He is focused primarily on leasing and sales operations and has over 20 years of industry experience.

As part of a JLL team, he represented Oppenheimer Holdings Inc. on a 269,221 square foot deal in the MetLife-owned 85 Broad Street in 2011, although he had originally begun these negotiations while still at Cushman & Wakefield. Later in 2013, he was a part of the deal to move Microsoft into 205,462 square feet of Eleven Times Square, which was nominated for a REBNY Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award. His career building sales include the 700,000 square foot deal with SITQ at 498 Seventh Avenue and a 600,000 square foot sale to Morgan Stanley at 522 Fifth Avenue.
