He directs the leasing and marketing efforts for a twelve (12) million square foot Class-A commercial real estate portfolio. His creative ideas developing solutions for Cohen Brothers are the basis for his practice. Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation is among the country's largest privately held real estate firms; owner, developer, and manager of over $20 billion in assets.

Prior to joining Cohen Brothers Klimberg worked for Monian Group, Colliers International and CPEX Real Estate

He graduated from Muhlenberg College.
