Mitchell Konsker is a vice chairman at JLL, a commercial real estate services and investment management firm in New York. In 2011 he left Cushman & Wakefield for JLL along with colleagues Matthew Astrachan, Alexander Chudnoff, Paul Glickman and Mitti Liebersohn. He denied that the move was happening to the press two days before he his exit from Cushman & Wakefield was made official. He was once quoted saying that developer Harry Macklowe has foresight better than any developer Ive ever met.

Konsker was on the leasing team that brought Ogilvy & Mather into 554,800 square feet in The Chocolate Factory at 636 11th Avenue in 2008, one of the first large corporate office deals on the Far West Side. In 2011, while at Cushman & Wakefield, he and a team represented Li & Fung in their 482,399 square foot lease at the Empire State Building, for which the team was awarded Most Innovative Deal of the Year at the 2012 Celebration of New York Real Estate. In sales, he counts the $550 million dollar sale of 340 Madison Avenue as one of his major career accomplishments.

Mr. Konsker is on the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
