Nicholas Forelli is the director of leasing at the Feil Organization, a family-owned, New York City-based real estate investment, development, and management firm. Forelli joined the firm in August 2013. From March 2011 to August 2013, he worked as a vice president at Muss Development LLC and was responsible for retail and office leasing. From November 2004 to November 2006, Forelli worked at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield Inc., in December 2014. At Massey Knakal, a boutique firm focused on brokering New York midsize office, retail, and apartment building sales, Forelli worked in investment property sales.
