Paul Glickmann is a vice chairman for JLL, a commercial real estate services and investment management firm in New York. He specializes in agency and tenant representation. He has over 26 years of experience in the field. Prior to going to JLL, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where his current JLL colleagues Matthew Astrachan, Mitchell Konsker and Alexander Chudnoff also both worked.

Glickman was on the leasing team that brought Ogilvy & Mather into 554,800 square feet in The Chocolate Factory at 636 11th Avenue in 2008, one of the first large corporate office deals on the Far West Side. For that deal he won The Real Estate Board of New Yorks 2008 Henry Hart Rice Award for the most ingenuous deal of the year. In 2013, Glickman was on the JLL leasing team signed Microsoft on to 205,462 square feet at Eleven Times Square. He also represented Edward Minskoff during DigtialOceans move into 101 Sixth Avenue.
