    Philip Eisenberg is CEO at real estate management firm Urban American, which operates in both New York City and neighboring areas in New Jersey. The firm, which was owned by members of the Eisenberg family for years, takes a long view towards property management. Eisenberg's company philosophy is to invest heavily in common areas, to enhance public space and security, and to overhaul aging infrastructure in order to flip aging units to achieve higher rents.
