Phyllis Mack has been with Stribling & Associates for more than twenty years, and in that time she has specialized in large dwellings, townhouses, and co-ops, mainly in uptown Manhattan. Before joining Stribling, Mack worked for six years as a broker at Edward Cave Real Estate, before the brokerage firm merged with Brown Harris Stevens. Mack also ran her own interior design firm for two decades, which specialized in Manhattan apartments.

Mack prides herself on her knowledge of the New York City brokerage community and of various Manhattan building boards. Her expertise is such that she has served as a fair market evaluator for residential properties for the New York Supreme Court.

Mack, who is married to fellow Stribling broker Michael Druckman, graduated with a bachelors in art history from Columbia University and also attended the New York School of Interior Design and the Sorbonne in France.  -NR
