    Ralph Sitt is a New York City-based real estate investor and a member of the Sitt family. He founded the property investment firm Status Capital in 2015 with his brother David. Ralph, David and their brothers Jack and Eddie and their mother Marilyn established Sitt Asset Management. Several legal disputes with his brothers Eddie and Jack over business practices led to a breakdown of personal relations, but each of the four brothers and their mother each maintain a 20 percent stake in Sitt Asset Management, according to court documents.
