Roberto Ortiz is a commercial sales broker at Eastern Consolidated, one of the New York City areas largest investment-sales brokerage firms. He has over 30 years of experience in the sale of investment properties. Significant transactions Ortiz has been involved in include the sale of the 253.180 square foot Clearwater Portfolio of buildings in the East Village/Gramercy Park area of Manhattan for $93.25 million. In his career he has represented numerous high profile real estate owners, including Sterling Equities, The Boys Club of America, The Salvation Army, and Yeshiva University.

Hailing from Puerto Rico, Ortiz studied fine arts and printmaking at The Art Students League of New York, where he remains an active member, and at Pratt Graphics Center in Manhattan. Fluent in Spanish, he is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
