Ronald J. Kravit is Senior Managing Director at venture capital firm Tracker Capital Management.

Until late 2018, Kravit was managing principal of Cerberus Real Estate Capital Management, LLC., the real estate arm of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., one of the largest private equity firms in the world. Kravit joined Cerberus in 1996.

From 1994 to 1996, he was a managing director at rival AREA Property Partners, which was known until January 2009 as Apollo Real Estate Advisors, L.P. From 1993 to 1994, Kravit worked as a managing director at G. Soros Realty Advisors/Reichmann International, an affiliate of Soros Fund Management. From 1991 to 1993, he was the chief financial officer and a vice president at Maxxam Property Company in Houston. From 1984 to 1991, Kravit was a vice president at Miller-Klutznick-Davis-Gray Co. in Los Angeles and Chicago. Kravit is also a certified public accountant, and worked as an accountant from 1979 to 1982.

He has a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2013, The Observer placed Kravit 59th on its The Sixth Annual Power 100 list.
