Ronda Rogovin is a commercial sales broker at Eastern Consolidated, one of the New York City areas largest investment-sales brokerage firms. A Principal since 1999, Rogovin serves as a Senior Director, with over 30 years of experience and specific specialization in Manhattan real estate. She has been responsible for the sale of over 450 commercial properties, including 156 William Street, a 218,00 square foot office building for $40.75 million and 2 Rector Street, a 414,000 square foot office building for $31.65 million.

Rogovin has served on the Board of Governors of the Young Mens/Womens Real Estate Association of New York, an organization she remains a member of. Money magazine featured her on its cover in 1983 for being a young and successful real estate professional. Rogovin was honored as Eastern Consolidateds Broker of the Year twice in her career with the firm. She is a cum laude graduate of Baruch College and is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
