Roxana Girand-Spitzer founded Sebastian Capital, a boutique real estate firm that specializes in Latin American families with real estate assets in the US market. in 2016.

Sebastian Capital has over 3.5 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate under management in New York City, New Jersey and Westchester. Its client list includes Banco Inbursa, El Universal of Venezuela family office, Lloyd Goldman’s BLDG management, Flexis Capital, The Lightstone Group and Corigin Real Estate.

Before launching Sebastian Capital, she was a real estate salesperson at Murray Hill Properties.

In 2020, she married Spitzer Enterprises head and former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer.
