    Scott Ellard is a Vice President at Eastern Consolidated, one of the New York City areas largest investment-sales brokerage firms. Since joining the firm in 1989, Ellard has served in an advisory capacity in structuring the acquisition and disposition of real estate transactions. At all stages of the sale cycle, he provides complex financial analysis and technical support. Ellard specializes in performing preliminary due diligence and overseeing the creation of offering memoranda, in addition to the structuring of cash flow assumptions and projections. Projects Ellard has been involved with include the sale of 295 Madison Avenue, a 300,000 square foot office property, for $180 million, and 245 East 19th Street, a 266,000 square foot residential building for $130.5 million.

    Ellard is also tasked with overseeing the firms information systems. He is a graduate of Colorado College with a degree in Linguistics, and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
