Stanley Markowitz represents Muss Development in-house on many of the big landlords retail and commercial deals.

While perhaps best-known for its residential development over the last century-plus, Muss has amassed a considerable office and retail collection. These include office properties such as the Forest Hills Tower, Queens Tower and Flushing Plaza in Queens; 64 West 48th Street in Manhattan; and the Manor Road complex in Staten Island. Retail holding s include the Broadway Shopping Center and Willets Point in Queens; and the Rossville Shopping Center in Staten Island.

Some of the tenants that Markowitz has inked deals with on behalf of Muss include Mens Wearhouse, Rite Aid, Consolidated Edison, Petco, Santander bank, the nonprofit America Works and the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. -TA
