    Stephen Palmese is a 14-year NYC Real Estate veteran serving as Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield and former Partner at Massey Knakal Realty Services.

    Palmese has successfully helped his clients sell over 350 commercial properties for an aggregate value of approximately $3 billion during his career. Notable 2016 transactions included two DUMBO development sites, which sold for $345M and $340M respectively. Notable historical sales have included 9 DeKalb Avenue, a landmarked building with over 382,000 SF in additional air rights ($90M), and 511 W. 35th Street, a 415,000 BSF development property in Hudson yards (88M). Notable clients have included Consolidated Edison, National Grid, The Watchtower Organization, Brooklyn Law School, Pratt Institute, and New York University.

    Stephen is a board member of the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) and The Brooklyn Hospital Center (TBHC), a member of the Regional Plan Association (RPA), and a Founding Board Member of Cristo Rey Brooklyn High School.

    Stephen earned degrees in international finance and small business management from Georgetown University. A Brooklyn native, he now lives in the West Village.
