Stephen Preuss is a vice president of sales at Cushman & Wakefield, following its 2015 acquisition of Massey Knakal Realty Services, the biggest investment-sales brokerage in New York City in number of deals. He works out of the firms Queens office at 11835 Queens Boulevard in Forest Hills.

Preuss specializes in the Queens neighborhoods of Auburndale, Bay Terrace, Bayside, College Point, Corona, Douglaston, Elmhurst, Flushing, Fresh Meadows, Jackson Heights, Little Neck, Queensboro Hill and Whitestone. His notable transactions have included the $11.5 million trade of a Flushing portfolio at 14-34 110th Street; and the $8 million trade of another Flushing portfolio at 144-03 Barclay Avenue.

Preuss joined Massey Knakal as a sales director in its Queens office in 2007. Before that, he worked as an executive at Johnson Financial Corp., and also in the fast-food franchise industry as well as for QD International, the first and largest eBay and shipping drop-off store franchise. At one point, Preuss owned and operated 15 retail stores in New York.

He earned a finance degree from Florida Atlantic University and lives on the North Shore of Long Island. -TA
