Tamar Rothenberg is a vice president in charge marketing at Extell Development, a New York City-based developer.
She joined Extell in 2006, according to her Linkedin page. Prior to Extell, from 2001 to 2005, Rothenberg was the director of market research and pricing at Tarragon Corporation, the listed home builder, where she oversaw analysis for developments in New Jersey, Florida, and Connecticut.
Because of falling home prices and slowing sales, Tarragon and 19 affiliated debtors sought bankruptcy protection in January 2009.
In 2001, Rothenberg earned a B.A. in Psychology from Barnard College, Columbia University (Magna Cum Laude).
