Toby Moskovits

Toby Moskovits is president and founder of real estate investment firm Heritage Equity Partners. Moskovits founded the firm in 2008 to advise wealthy families, but after three years she refocused the company to aim at real estate. Much of her work has since been in Brooklyn, where Heritage has designed a hotel in Bushwick and the borough's first speculative office building since 1920. Moskovits also became embroiled in several lawsuits with former partners she accused of fraud, suits she settled in 2015. Before founding Heritage, Moskovits spent two years as managing director at Cammeby's Capital Group, where she focused on early and growth-stage investments in medical devices, life sciences, software and telecom industries. She also founded and served as principal at boutique consulting firm Cato Advisors, advising small and mid-size companies. In 2006, she  founded Gotham Angels, an angel investment group focusing on middle-market investments. She also spent two years at Israel Seed Partners, an investment advisory firm. Moskovits has a bachelor's degree from Touro College and a business degree from Bar Ilan University in Israel.
