With more than half a billion dollars in sold real estate to her name, and family connections backing up that name (two of her great-grandfathers were notable New York real estate developers, building the 1930 Squibb Building in Grand Army Plaza and the 28-story building at Two Park Avenue), she should know.
 
As one of Stribling & Associates top brokers, Goldings real estate expertise is such very granular, sometimes focusing on what she calls fringe neighborhoods within larger Manhattan hoods, like west Chelsea or southern TriBeCa. However, her approach is referral-based, as she focuses mainly on neighborhoods where her referrals want to live.
 
Before entering the real estate industry at 25 years old, she was an advertising account executive. Today, Golding is on the board of the Grand Street Settlement House, which provides various services and activities for low-income families, and the Jewish Community Project, which focuses on revitalizing downtown Manhattan, as well as being active in the Packer Collegiate Institute. -NR
