Will Silverman is a commercial property and finance broker, based in New York City. He was tapped to open the new New York office for Hodges Ward Elliott in 2015. Before that, he was a senior managing director of the capital transactions group at Savills Studley, one of New York Citys leading commercial real estate services firms. He worked out of the firm's 399 Park Avenue headquarters with Woody Heller.

The pair were responsible for Savills Studleys investment sales activity throughout New York, including trades and recapitalizations of equity and debt related to myriad different property types. Notable investment sales have included the recapitalization of the Drake Hotel site, the sale of 100-104 Fifth Avenue, the sale of the Bloomingdales in Soho, and the sale of the Knickerbocker Village apartment complex in downtown Manhattan. Silverman has closed almost $4 billion in sales totaling 15 million square feet.

Before joining Savills Studleys precursor in 2003, Silverman worked for the old Insignia/ESG and for JPMorgan Securities. He graduated from Tufts, and was the first foreign student to receive a diploma in Latin American history from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in Spain.
