Woody Heller is an executive managing director and the head of the capital transactions group at Savills Studley, one of New York Citys leading commercial real estate services firms. He works out of its 399 Park Avenue headquarters.

Heller has closed more than $10 billion of asset and note sale transactions during his more than three-decade career, comprising approximately 43.1 million square feet. His most notable investment sales include the Madison Belvedere at 10 East 29th Street; the Citigroup Center; the Rhinelander Mansion; 1221 Avenue of the Americas; and the old Drake Hotel development site at 432 Park Avenue. Hellers most notable note sale involved the mortgage for the Chrysler Building.

Before joining Savills Studleys precursor, Heller at the old Insignia ESG and at Jones Lang LaSalle. He graduated from Stanford and received a graduate certificate in real estate from New York University.
