Yoav Oelsener is an executive vice president at JLL Capital Markets New York office, a division of JLL, a commercial real estate services and investment management firm. He specializes in office, residential, development and retail dispositions. Hes been involved in nearly $5.0 billion worth of real estate dispositions since 2004. Prior to joining JLL, he worked at Grubb & Ellis, where he was an executive vice president, and Cushman & Wakefield.

Oelsner was a part of the $675 million Plaza Hotel deal in 2004, which was then converted into luxury condos. He was also on the sale the New York Gift building for $125 million, which was then turned into condominiums as well.
