Yoel Goldman is a Brooklyn based property owner and developer. He is the head of Brooklyn developer and property management company All Year Management. Goldman grew up in Borough Park and began buying small multifamily properties in the early 2000's before moving to purchases of development sites and large multifamily buildings. Goldman was previously partners with Toby Moskovits of Heritage Equity Partners until early 2015 when Moskovits filed four related lawsuits accusing Goldman and partner Joel Gluck of using their joint LLC partnership to secure a Tel Aviv bond offering without her consent. Sources say Goldman, a member of the Hasidic real estate community, is a “deal junkie,” in that he likes executing smart transactions, but is “not working for the money.”
