Yoron Cohen

Yoron Cohen is a vice chairman at Colliers International Capital Markets New York office. Cohen left JLL to join Colliers in December 2016. He specializes and sales and financing, as well as foreign buyer and seller representation. As such, he has many foreign investors as clients, such as UBS, Safra National Bank, and El Ad Properties. He has been involved in over $20 billion of real estate transactions. He was a member of the Cushman & Wakefield sales team that departed to join JLL.

In 2013 Cohen and a JLL team sold the 21-story, 1.2 million-square-foot office building at 237 Park Avenue for $810 million. He was also a part of the sale of 12-story, 156,000-square-foot building at 229 West 28th Street in 2014.
