One Court Square is a 51-story office tower in Long Island City, Queens, and one of the most prominent examples of that neighborhoods revitalization.

Also known as the Citigroup Building, 1 Court Square was built in 1990 for Citigroup, which has a lease contract for most of the buildings space through 2020, and is the tallest New York City office building outside of Manhattan. The building also includes a four-story low-rise annex.

Considered the crown jewel of Long Island City, several investors have taken stabs at the Citigroup Building. The 1.4 million square-foot building was purchased in 2014 by real estate investment firm Savanna for an undisclosed amount. It was previously owned by an investment group led by David Werner, who bought it in 2011 for $500 million. Prior to that it was owned by SL Green Realty in 2006 after the firm acquired real estate trust Reckson Associates Realty Group. Reckson had purchased the building a year earlier for $470 million.

A new subway station was built within the building in 2011, as part of the redevelopment of that area of Long Island City.
